Repiit Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Repiit mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App developer.

2. App Description

Repiit is a fitness workout application that allows users to:

• Create and manage custom workout routines
• Build workouts with timed intervals and repetition-based exercises
• Receive voice guidance during workouts
• Track workout progress and timing
• Import and export workout data
• Access pre-configured workouts

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Data Storage

The App stores workout data locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This includes:

• Custom workout routines
• Exercise configurations
• User settings and preferences
• Voice selection preferences

3.2 Data Import/Export

The App provides functionality to import and export workout data using base64 encoding. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your exported data
• Ensuring data integrity during import operations
• Backing up your workout data regularly

3.3 Data Privacy

Your workout data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless you explicitly choose to export it. The App does not collect personal information or track your fitness activities.

4. Subscription and Premium Features

4.1 Subscription Model

The App operates on a subscription-based model with the following features:

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial period
• Premium Subscription: $1.99/month for full access to all features
• Feature Access: Subscription unlocks unlimited custom workouts and exercises

4.2 Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through RevenueCat and your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for your subscription
• Comply with your app store's terms of service

4.3 Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings. The App provides functionality to restore previous purchases. Subscription cancellations must be processed through your app store account.

5. App Features and Functionality

5.1 Voice Guidance

The App uses text-to-speech technology to provide voice announcements during workouts. Voice selection is based on your device's available system voices.

5.2 Workout Types

The App supports various workout formats including:

• High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
• Traditional strength training
• Mixed workout formats
• Custom timing and repetition schemes

5.3 Screen Management

During active workouts, the App may prevent your device from sleeping to ensure continuous workout tracking. This feature can be controlled through your device settings.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program
• Use the App at your own risk and discretion
• Maintain the security of your device and workout data
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App while operating vehicles or machinery

The App, including its name "Repiit™", logo, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use the App's branding without permission
• Reverse engineer the App's code

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries or health issues resulting from App use
• Data loss or corruption
• App malfunctions or technical issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. App Updates and Modifications

The App may be updated from time to time to:

• Add new features and functionality
• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Update subscription offerings
• Modify these Terms of Use

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Discontinuing use of the App
• Contacting the developer to request account deletion

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
